The arm rests go up and down and the seat swivels for easy entry and exit. For storage, the seat and the handle bars fold down. Its precision controls feature a speed dial that can be set for slow or fast and the handle speed controls work smoothly on both handles. This scooter even has a horn. The tires are foam filled and are flat proof. The batteries need replacing as they have lost their ability to hold a charge because of non use. It takes two batteries and they can be purchased online for to . This scooter is very well built and plenty sturdy for average size people up to and even over 200 pounds.
